In-House Engineer and Project Manager
Keith Fernandes is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer with additional certifications in Wastewater Treatment Operations (Grade 4F), Title 5 Septic Inspections, Soil Evaluations, and Hot Mix Asphalt Inspections. He serves as GFM Enterprises, Inc.’s in-house engineer, project manager and estimator. Keith’s experience includes over 12 years in construction over site and layout, roadway design, residential and commercial site planning and design, residential feasibility studies, Title 5 septic design, soil evaluations, and drainage design. He has presented projects in front of local boards and committees in all fifteen cape towns, as well as Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. He’s been a Habitat for Humanity volunteer for 6 years, most recently serving on their Land Acquisition Committee.
Keith’s engineering background is a valuable asset to GFM clients. He is able to effectively and efficiently guide clients from project design through construction, allowing them the benefit of a single contact with a vested interest in the final outcome.
Since GFM has the ability to handle both the design and and construction services, we are able to develop designs that we know work in the field, and designs that we know work well. This results in successful projects and construction savings.
Keith resides in Brewster with his wife and two young sons. He’s a bit of a newcomer to the Cape, only having lived here for 16 years. His wife has the local credentials, with a lower Cape family spanning back five generations. In Keith’s spare time he’s in the backyard throwing the football with his boys or working on home improvement projects. During summer weekends, he’s likely to be found on the outer beach.

Todd Prada is a Project Manager at GFM Enterprises, where he joined the staff in 2008. Todd holds his Construction Supervisor’s License and brings more than 15 years of experience in construction management. Prior to GFM, he worked in Boston and California as a closing coordinator, finance manager, project manager, and clerk of the works within larger residential development companies and architectural firms. Today, Todd is responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish while working closely with clients to meet project goals and expectations. He has a great ability to prioritize and troubleshoot, while also staying on budget and schedule. His focus ranges from large-scale commercial sites to smaller residential properties.
Todd grew up in Truro and currently lives in Provincetown with his partner Grace and their two cats, Boomer and Dekken. His son Tyler attends college in Boston. Todd is a licensed real estate sales person in MA and when he’s not working, enjoys playing golf and fishing.
Erin Ellis is the lead Administrative Assistant who has several years of experience providing administrative support to the office and clients. Her responsibilities include client intake, project permitting, job scheduling and staff support. Prior to working here Erin worked for the Town of Orleans as the Principal Clerk for the Conservation Department.
In addition to GFM Enterprises, Inc., Erin works at The Local Break in Eastham, as a Real Estate Salesperson with Cove Road Real Estate, and volunteers for IFAW’s Cape Cod Stranding Network as a Marine Mammal Rescue Volunteer. Erin, her husband Jason, daughter and 2 stepsons all reside in Eastham.
Mozelle Andrulot is one of the Administrative Assistants in our office who is fabulous at multi-tasking, handling our social media, advertising, and website. She aids Erin and Jennifer in the daily tasks of the office while over seeing the needs of a smooth running business.
Besides being a support for the office Mozelle is a licensed esthetician, local part-time model and a spectacular mother to her 5 children with whom she resides with in Wellfleet. In her spare time she enjoys singing and spending quality time with her children.
